How does the 10% commission work?
When a client pays for a booking, MyMua automatically takes a 10% platform fee via Stripe Connect. The remaining 90% is transferred directly to your connected Stripe account.
When do I get paid?
Funds are transferred to your Stripe account following Stripe's standard payout schedule (typically 2–7 business days after a booking is confirmed).
Can I cancel my Pro subscription?
Yes, you can cancel anytime from your dashboard. You'll keep Pro benefits until the end of your current billing period.
Is there a setup fee?
No. Creating an account and listing your services is completely free. You only pay the 10% commission when you receive a booking.
